 I have been sharing items on the Last Chance list from the Holiday mini catalog.  Tonight I shared this pretty card using the Merry Snowflakes stamps.  The coordinating dies are already sold out! I also used the Adorning Designs masks for the background.

 The Whimsical Trees suite is one of my favorites in the Holiday Catalog.  It is so fun and I love the non-traditional colors.   The card I made tonight on Facebook Live is one that I received in a swap from Beverly.

Facebook Live - 11/7/21- Gingerbread & Peppermint

 Surprise!   I had to cancel my Facebook Live last Wednesday so I decided to do one today - Sunday. Last week I was sharing projects that we made at Kay's retreat using the Gingerbread & Peppermint suite.  I wasn't going to purchase this....until I used it at the retreat.  Then I had to go home & order it.

Creative Stampers Blog Hop - Quick Christmas Gifts

 

This month on the Creative Stampers blog hop we are concentrating on quick Christmas gifts.  I thought a gift card holder would be perfect!  I used the Peaceful Deer bundle to make my gift card holder.

Dimensions:

Soft Succulent - 4 1/4 x 11; scored at 5 1/2 and 1 1/2

Designer Series Paper - 1 1/4 x 4 (2) for the inside and 3 3/4 x 4 for the outside

Basic White - 3 3/4 x 4; scrap for deer

Scrap of Soft Succulent for circle

I stamped the deer in Cherry Cobbler on the scrap on Basic White and punched it with the deer punch. The Soft Succulent is a 2 1/4" circle.  I also used a 3/4" punch on the inside to make it easier to get the gift card out. Such an easy project to make for everyone on your list that is hard to shop for.

Facebook Live - 10/27/21 - Painted Christmas suite

 This week on Facebook I've been sharing gorgeous cards made using the Painted Christmas suite. I think this is my favorite suite in the 2021 Holiday catalog!  The suite includes 2 bundles (stamps + dies), gorgeous Designer Series Paper, sparkly gold holly leaves and beautiful Cherry Cobbler & gold ribbon.

Facebook Live - 10/13/21 - Beauty of Tomorrow

 Tonight on Facebook Live I made a couple of cards using the Beauty of Tomorrow bundle.  I tried to resist getting this bundle, but my friend Kay used it in a class and then I had to purchase it.  The Designer Series Paper is so gorgeous that it is currently on backorder.  It is estimated to be available the first week of November  It is definitely worth the wait!

The gorgeous gold stripes between the Designer Series Paper is gold leafing - so much prettier in person!

This was a quick card to make but so gorgeous.  The Designer Series Paper is the star!  The small leaves were die cut out of gold vellum - so pretty!

Facebook Live - 10/6/21 - Festive & Bright

 This week I've been playing with the Festive & Bright bundle.  So far I've made a Halloween card and tonight I made what I think of as a Thanksgiving card.  There is also a stamp with pine branches and Christmas lights.  I can't wait to create a Christmas card with that!

Creative Stamper's Blog Hop - Thankfulness

 

This month on the Creative Stamper's Blog Hop we are focusing on Thankfulness.  I'm playing with the Pretty Pumpkins bundle. Such a beautiful bundle - the dies are so fun!  

I used a Pale Papaya card base.  I added another piece of Pale Papaya on top of it that I embossed with the Timeworn Type embossing folder. After embossing, I used my blending brush to add a little Pale Papaya ink to it.  The Designer Series Paper I used is Beauty of the Earth from the Annual Catalog. The pumpkin is stamped in Pumpkin Pie and then die cut.  I added a piece of Cajun Craze cardstock embossed with the Timber embossing folder. The finishing touches were some Pale Papaya ribbon and Champagne rhinestones.  I love how all of these colors go together.
